Memories with Mom

This morning when Mr. Fulmer left for Nebraska, Morgan was very sad. So in my effort to cheer him up, I asked what he might want for dinner. I said we could do something special, go out to eat, whatever he wanted.

He chose ... HOT DOGS

How do you make hot dogs special?

This is what we did... I loaded the picnic basket up with things from home: Hot dogs, buns, ketchup, marshmallows, graham crackers, matches, plates, roasting forks & napkins.

I stopped at hy-vee just before I picked Morgan up from school and got: Charcoal $3.50 and a chocolate bar $.50

We roasted hot dogs and made s'mores at the park. Just me and my buddy.

And afterwards, we played on the play ground!
