Slide

What is it with kids walking up the slide? It used to bug me when I worked in daycare. Now that it just me and my son, I don't really care.

I have probably said "up the stairs, down the slide a million times"

Valentines

Morgan was home sick today :-(

So we finished his valentine cards.

I took a picture of him punching the sky. Then I glued a happy valentines day heart onto a sucker. I used an excto knife to cut a slit above and below his fist. Then we slid the sucker in the slits.

I got the idea in family fun magazine.

The link this month fell on Super Bowl Sunday. So I struggled with my theme. Should I do football or valentines day?

I did both :-)

Mouse in the house

Morgan is home sick for the 3rd day in a row.
He was sitting at the table looking through my family fun magazine, when he found this fun idea.
We had almost all of the ingredients :-)

Here's hoping he fells better tomorrow! But with our luck it will be a snow day!

Party Fever

We are throwing a monkey themed baby shower for an old friend.

When my brain is in party mode everything I see "could" be used. All these green Christmas decorations that are marked way down look like jungle decor to me.
